内容提要:中国博物馆的发展,已经出现了从量变到质变的飞跃。在对象上,从服务文物到服务公众;在场所上,从“馆舍天地”到“大千世界”;在内容上,从以展示文物为主到博物馆及藏品的多样性发展;在传播方式上,从初始的藏品陈列,发展到媒体时代的讲好故事,再到今天“互联网+”时代呈几何级增长的传播方式出现。本文以南京博物院为例,论述了在新的历史条件下,如何通过展览、教育、演出等公共服务,让文物活起来;以及如何通过互联网传播,扩大博物馆的影响力。

Abstract: Museums in China are developing at a fantastic speed. So many changes take place, from serving relics turning to public, from indoor museum to exploring the world, from presenting relics to diversity exhibitions, from original exhibits series to media telling story. Now, the trend turns into "Internet Plus" time. This article takes Nanjing Museum as an example, argues two questions: how to revive cultural relics by exhibition, education, presentation and other public services in the new time; how to expand museum's influence through the Internet.

中国博物馆理事会制度的实践与思考

内容提要:国内博物馆理事会目前有三种模式:领导任理事长模式、专家咨询模式、馆长兼理事长模式,这三种模式并没有把理事会的决策权落到实处。只有法人任领导人的机构才具有真正的决策权。结合我国的实际情况,中国博物馆理事会未来将发展成两种形态:紧密形态和松散形态。如何在现有体制下发挥理事会的作用,还需要漫长的过程来探索和实践。

Abstract: There are three modes for the council of museum now: Leadership as the president of the council mode; Consulting mode; Curator as the president of the council mode. But these modes cannot realize the decision-making power of the council. Only the legal person as the leader of the agency can possess the real decision-making power. Take the actual conditions into consideration, the future of the Council of Chinese Museums will develop into two forms: close relation form and loose relation form. How to play the role of the council under the exsiting system requires a long process to explore.

基于提高藏品利用率开放博物馆库房的探索

内容提要:本文切合国家提高藏品利用率,让文物活起来的号召,借鉴国外博物馆研究实践成果,指明现行博物馆开放库房的四种主要方式:库房墙面透明化、设立藏品中心、直接开放、设置学习室或研究室,究其利弊,并从各馆藏品文保要求、宗旨使命等方面,选取可行方式。明确博物馆开放库房的原因、目的主要是展示藏品管理成果以吸引捐赠,以及弥补陈列展览空间不足,提升藏品利用率;开放的意义则在于满足观众好奇心、深化公众文保意识、鼓励更好的藏品管理政策、提高藏品利用率由此为我国博物馆开放库房指明方向;注意开放库房的观众研究及评估、藏品选择、氛围营造和藏品诠释等方面,构建公众与博物馆藏品之间的桥梁,实现公众的文化参与,提升博物馆藏品利用率。

Abstract: Corresponding with the policy of improving the utilization rate of collection in order to make collection alive, I draw lessons from foreign museum research and practice. In addition, I pointed out the existing four main ways to open storage: making the wall of warehouse transparent, setting up collection center, directly opening warehouse, setting up learning rooms. The ways have their own advantages and disadvantages. I choose feasible ways according to the requirements of protecting collection and museum mission. Moreover, the purposes of opening storage are to show the achievement of the collection management to attract donations, and make up for a lack of display space to improve the utilization rate of museum collection. The meaning is to satisfy the curiosity of audience, to deepen the public's awareness of protecting collection, to encourage better collection management policy, to improve the utilization rate of museum collection. Thus, I indicate the direction for opening storage in museums of our country. Museums should pay attention to visitor research and evaluation, collection selection, atmosphere and collection interpretation, etc., to build a bridge between the public and the museum collection, in order to realize the cultural participation of public and improve the utilization rate of museum collection.

历史文化类展览中“物”的阐释与“人”的沟通

内容提要:让历史文物活起来,是要在历史文物与博物馆观众之间搭建好沟通渠道,以真实的物为媒介,实现“人(群体)”——物的制作、使用、流传者,与“人”——展柜前的观众,二者之间的交流。通常情况下,这一渠道即是博物馆所举办的历史文化类展览。为了摆脱历史文化类展览“自说自话”的尴尬局面,在深入的藏品研究基础上,还要完成藏品的解读。这一从科研到科普的完整流程,使得博物馆展览变得友好、无障碍,使博物馆参观变得真实有效。同时,博物馆要以更积极的态度培养观众对展览的亲近感。

Abstract: Making historical relic alive, is to build a good communication channel among historical heritage and museum audience, to consider the real substance as the medium, to realize the “people (group)”,—the production, use and spread, and “people” —audience in front of showcases, communication. Usually, this channel is a historical and cultural exhibition held by museum. To get rid of the entitled image of historical and cultural exhibition, the collection interpretation shall be interpreted thoroughly. In this way, from research to popularity, to make exhibition more visitor-friendly and meaningful. Meanwhile, museum should stay positive in developing a closer relationship with visitors.

博物馆借力媒体平台 提升公共文化服务

内容提要:近期《国家宝藏》之所以在业内业外引发强烈反响,与该节目率先尝试将纪录片和综艺两种创作手法融合应用,创造一种全新的表达方式有极大的关系这也足以引发我们的进一步思考,当下博物馆如何借力媒体平台,生产知识,传播知识,惠及民众?其实,博物馆的本质,有一部分与媒体近似,因此两者的合作属于水到渠成、天作之合。笔者将探索博物馆的媒体本质,介绍国际博物馆界的成功实践,思考当下我国博物馆如何面对与借助谋体,助力自身公共文化服务的提升。

Abstract: Recently, "National Treasure" TV program has reverberated strongly. This is mostly related to its novel expression which integrates documentary and variety show. Nowadays, it is worth our deeper thinking: how do museums make use of media for the increase and diffusion of knowledge, so as to reach the public? In fact, museums have something in common with media in essence. Thus, the cross-border cooperation between museums and media is natural and a heaven-made match. This essay will explore the media essence of museums, successful practice among the international museum community, and how do Chinese museums make use of media to upgrade their public cultural services.

从传播学角度浅议“让文物活起来”——以故宫博物院为例

内容提要:近年来,习近平总书记在多个重要场合屡屡提及“让文物活起来”的理念,“让文物活起来”已成为十八大以来全国博物馆的重要奋斗目标。大多数学者认为博物馆是一种特殊的传播谋体。本文尝试从传播学角度分析博物馆传播的要素及特征,通过传播效果这一概念,解析“让文物活起来”的内涵,并通过梳理故宫博物院近年来在博物馆形象塑造、展览策划、观众调查研究等方面实践的经验与不足,试图探寻故宫博物院进一步“让文物活起来”的方法和策略。

Abstract: In recent years, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned the concept of "let the cultural relics revive" on a number of important occasions. "Let the cultural relics revive" has become an important goal of Chinese Museums since the 18th CPC National Congress. To a certain degree, most scholars have reached a consensus that the museum is a special media. This paper attempts to analyze the elements and characteristics of museum communication from the perspective of communication, to explain the connotation and the concept of "let the cultural relics revive" with the effect of communication, and to explore the further methods and strategies of letting the cultural relics revive in the Palace Museum through summing up the experience and deficiencies of the practice in museum image shaping, exhibition planning, audience investigation and so on in the last few years.

国家一级博物馆商标注册情况初步分析

内容提要:近年来,随着“文化兴国”战略的深入实施,博物馆文化资源的开发与利用备受关注。无论是文化产品的开发还是服务项目的拓展,均需要知识产权的保驾护航。商标是识别商品来源的重要标识,同时还是博物馆文化内涵与信誉的重要载体,兼备品质保证、宣传教育、彰显特征等功能为了解目前我国博物馆注册商标的现状,本文全面收集国家一级博物馆经国家工商行政管理总局商标局注册商标基本信息,从商标结构、商标内涵、产业类别三个方面进行梳理与分析最后对博物馆注册商标提出可操作性的建议:及时注册商标,进行预防性保护;充分体现博物馆藏品内涵,提高产品辨识度;按需注册,避免无谓浪费;与时俱进,注重时代意识和国际意识

Abstract: In recent years, with the implementation of the strategy of "rejuvenating the nation with culture", the development and utilization of museum resources have attracted much attention. Both the development of cultural products and the expansion of service projects require the escort of intellectual property rights. Trademark is an important identification for the source of goods, and it is also an important carrier of the museum's cultural connotation and reputation. It has the functions of quality assurance, publicity and education, highlighting features and so on. In order to understand the current status of registered trademark of China's museums, this paper collected basic information of national museums' trademark registered in Trademark Registration Bureau of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the three aspects of categories from trademark structure, trademark connotation and industry category were sorted out and analyzed. At the end, we put forward some feasible suggestions on the museum registration: timely register trademark, to make preventive protection; fully embody the connotation of museum collections to improve product recognition; register as required, to avoid unnecessary waste; keep pace with the times, pay attention to the times and international awareness.

内容提要:国际博物馆协会对博物馆定义的重新修订,以及国家不断出台推进博物馆相关文化产业发展的政策性文件,促使我国博物馆正在经历市场化的转变。有市场就会有竞争,社会经济的快速发展也持续不断地给博物馆带来多样化的竞争压力。如何在市场竞争环境中生存和发展,在博物馆市场化的同时能够保证博物馆的性质和正确发展方向,是博物馆必须面对并认真思考的问题。本文借鉴了西方博物馆学学者的研究成果,结合西方博物馆应对市场竞争的策略,并以西班牙瓦伦西亚艺术科学城为例进行分析研究,以期抛砖引玉,为我国博物馆在市场竞争环境中的发展提供一种思路和启示。

Abstract: The revision of the definition of museum by ICOM, together with the policies related to the development of cultural industry issued by the government, prompt the changes of marketization among museums of our country. Competition is inevitable in the market, and the rapid development of economy brings constant diversified pressure of competition to museums. How to survive and develop, at the same time to ensure the nature and the correct direction in the market competition environment, are the problems museum must face and take seriously. This paper references foreign research achievements, combined with the strategy used by foreign museum, and takes Valencia City of Arts and Sciences as an example, which are expected to inspire enlightenment for our museums in the market competition environment.

内容提要:文化传播与媒介发展密切相关,随着信息技术的迅猛发展,新的媒体技术也在不断变革。随着媒介融合时代的到来,构成了全新的文化传播体系,给传统文化传播带来了崭新的挑战和深远的影响。作为一个文化机构,博物馆区别于书本的重要意义在于通过各种肉眼可查、实体可触的藏品和展陈,来唤醒人们对历史的记忆,进而对这一记忆背后的问题进行探讨和反思,从而达到促进人类和谐共处的目的。博物馆作为传统文化的重要载体,是一个国家进行文化建设的重要组成部分,在保存并传播一个地区乃至一个国家的历史文化中发挥着不可替代的作用,尤其是在科技迅速发展的“互联网+”时代背景下,博物馆除了是传统意义上作为“文化宝库”对文物进行收藏和保护的机构外,更是一个塑造地区甚至国家文化形象、价值形象的文化传播机构。在智慧文博时代下如何看清我国传统传播方式的路径,运用高新信息技术推动文博事业发展,更好地规避风险,扩大传播广度,加深传播深度是一个值得思考的课题。

Abstract: Cultural communication is closely related to the media development. With the rapid advancement of information technology, new media technology also keeps evolving. The advent of the time of media convergence forms the new culture dissemination system, which brings the traditional culture new challenge sand far-reaching influence. As the important carrier of traditional culture, museum is an important component for a country's cultural construction, and plays an irreplaceable role in the preservation and dissemination of a region's or even a country's history and culture. Especially in the era of "Internet Plus" that the science and technology develops rapidly, the museum is not only the institution that collects and protects the historical relics as a cultural treasury in traditional sense, but also a cultural institution that builds and disseminates a region, or even a country's cultural image and value image. In the time of intelligent museums and heritage, how to comprehend China's traditional mode of transmission, how to use the advanced information technology to promote the development of museums and heritage, how to avoid risks, expand the spread width and deepen the communication depth--all is an issue worth thinking about.

博物馆藏品数字化标准发展及应用现状研究

内容提要:本文期望通过对博物馆领域藏品数字化标准规范的发展及应用现状的研究,对未来博物馆藏品数字化工作的发展方向提出建议。首先,归纳研究国际上通用的博物馆数字化标准规范的特点。其次,分析藏品数字化标准规范在国际和国内博物馆的应用情况。最后,借鉴我国文物普查工作的宝贵经验,总结当前博物馆数字化面对的问题,并提出标准规范建设思路。

Abstract: Through the research on the development and application of museum collection digitalization standards, this paper puts forward some suggestions for work direction in the future. First, introduces the features of international standards for museum collection digitalization in category. Second, analyses the application of standards in museums at home and abroad. At last, draws on the experience of national movable relics and heritage census, summarizes the problems of recent work and provides constructive suggestions in the future.

内容提要:为了解决博物馆特别是纪念馆在宏大主题展览时文物数量、信息的匮乏,传统辅助手段陈旧呆板、成本高等矛盾,我们在布展实践中,努力探索,综合应用现代网控技术,在博物馆展示陈列中,运用计算机云网技术控制景观,实现景观的动态实景演示,并在河北省承德市热河革命烈士纪念馆进行了实践,探讨该技术构想的现实应用,取得较好效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the shortage such as the lack of the number of cultural relics and information, the old and inflexible traditional auxiliary method and the high cost when the museum, especially the memorial hall, is holding the grand exhibitions, we endeavor to explore and integrally apply the modern network control technology in exhibitions. It uses computer cloud network technology to control the landscape and realizes the dynamic scene presentation of the landscape. It has been practiced at the Rehe Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall in Chengde, Hebei Province to explore the practical application of the technology concept and achieved satisfying results.

活化文物点化人——试论馆校合作对文物和青少年的双促性

内容提要:在中国博物馆事业快速发展的背景下,馆校合作作为博物馆服务社会和拓展教育的有效途径,越来越受到国家的重视,并展开了探索和实践。它一方面促使博物馆重新审视文物的价值、促进文物满足社会的需求、引起青少年寻求价值取向的共鸣,以主动的方式运用文物、活化文物;另一方面,它促进青少年在学校、博物馆之外的后续学习,培养青少年的世界观、价值观,不断提升和完备个人素质。馆校合作活化了文物的利用,点化了青少年成长,使博物馆与学校双方共同受益、共同发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of museums in China, Cooperation between museum and school as an effective way for museums to serve the society and expand their education has been paid more attention by the state, explored and practiced. On the one hand, it encourages the museum to re-examine the value of cultural relics, promote them to content the requirements, cause teenagers to seek value resonance, finally the museum achieve the purpose of active use of cultural relics. On the other hand, it promotes teenagers to study out of the school and museum, cultivate teenagers world values, and constantly improve and complete personal qualities. Cooperation between Museum & School activates the use of cultural relics, cultivates growth of teenagers, both the museum and the school get benefits and development.

内容提要:在博物馆社会教育职能日益重要的今天,博物馆与学校的联系也越来越紧密,因此馆校共建成为博物馆社教工作的一个重要方向。作为将青少年学生作为重点服务对象的文化机构,杭州工艺美术博物馆在与学校合作、组织青少年学生参与博物馆展览、活动、手工教学及志愿服务等方面具有多年的实践经验。这为杭州工艺美术博物馆的建设发挥了积极作用,同时也让其中的博物馆人思索如何进一步提升馆校共建的实效与内涵,从而使这种合作模式能够带动更多方面取得成效。近年来,杭州工艺美术博物馆通过与高校展开实验性质的深度合作,在面向公众的教育以及文创开发领域都获得了新的有益经验我们从中总结出了博物馆与院校进行资源交流的模式,同时也提出了如何让原生态的非遗文化在此过程中得到有序传承的新问题,为继续探索馆校共建的议题提供了研究对象。

Abstract: Nowadays, the social education function has become more and more important in museum operation, owing to which the relation between museum and school is growing closer. As a result, the cooperation is imperative. As a museum that highlights the youngster visitors, in the past years Hangzhou Arts & Crafts Museum has made plenty of work on cooperating with schools, including organizing exhibition visiting and crafts activities as well as providing voluntary service opportunities for students. The experience has brought positive influences to the museum. Indeed, meanwhile it also stimulated thinking about the way to promote the cooperation. It is expected that both sides would step furthermore and implore more deeply into the territory of each other in order to gain from more aspects. Moreover, in recent years, Hangzhou Arts & Crafts Museum has obtained some new experience on public education and cultural derivative creation, through experimental association with school in a wide range. The museum has concluded working mechanism to communicate resources with school. On the other hand new questions has emerged about how to inherit the original intangible cultural heritage in sustainable form, which also offers the research object for exploring the cooperation issue continuously.

内容提要:不断创新博物馆教育服务模式,在融入社会、服务社会的进程中以高品质、多元化的服务项目,实现博物馆教育职能的最大化,始终是博物馆人不断追求卓越的动力。实践中,如何把握核心受众定位,将碎片化教育活动建构成独具特色的主题教育项目,完善教育服务体系的持续性,可复制性等问题尚需突破。

Abstract: Innovating the model of museum education service and maximizing the museum's educational function with high-quality and diversified service projects in the process of integration into the society and serving the society has always been a motivation for the museum's constant pursuit of excellence. In practice, how to grasp the positioning of the core audience, build the fragmented education activities into unique thematic education programs, and improve the sustainability and reproducibility of the education service system still need to be given efforts.
